As a child and young teenager my parents sent me to an Unitarian Church which I thought was pretty good because of their open minded beliefs. During my young adult years I enjoyed studying and/or experiencing many different religions/spiritual belief methods/organizations and books about the conscious/spirit/soul. From my various experiences through life I have created my own basic spiritual take on life, consciousness and God.

To get in touch with "reality" I enjoy using transcendental meditation to get into a relaxed clear state of beingness.

I currently belief is that " I or ME" is a soul/spirit/consciousness that transcends the body we currently reside with and exists throughout "time". Many scientists believed that the physical universe has existed for at least 18 billion years. What are the odds that one "exists" only "now" at this moment for a 100 year span? And why would it be only now, why not 1 billion years in the past or the future?

I believe that we are still on the journey to find what the "truth" is and my beliefs are by no means set in stone.
